This past Thursday, all the different clubs and organizations on campus were in the Campus Center for the Student Involvement expo for the spring semester. This program was a social event where each club had a table to try and get people to sign up for their clubs. All the clubs had interactive activities that could let people get a feel for the club. For example, The Westerner showcased different papers that students wrote to show those who were interested that the club is a type of student leadership club. Students did sign up for activities and made new friends along the way, which created new friendships. Students were also social with the student leaders, who showed them how their club worked and let them try some of the technology they use for their club. If the student enjoyed the activity they were doing, they could sign up for the club and get added to their Kodiak page or get information on when their general meetings are.
