Self care is so important! Some people might think it can distract from being productive, but in my opinion it is such a good way to recharge and start fresh. 

Self care means knowing what you can do and where your limits are. An example of this is knowing when you’re doing too much, and planning how you can reduce your workload in a way that still gets everything done.

Some good ways to do this are taking a bath, lighting candles, or reading a book. It can be something physical like going to the gym, or even social like getting lunch with a friend. You could even just sit in silence for a few minutes to clear your head.

The great thing about self care is that it can be literally anything you enjoy doing that is relaxing. It can look different for everyone, but the benefits remain the same. It gives you a moment to yourself for a break from everything else going on. 

Now is as good of a time as ever, especially with everything going on causing extra stress. Be sure to take a moment for yourself and recharge so you can continue to be the best golden bear you can be!
